Its Fall Yall!!!

I know its been a while since my last post but I have a good excuse. Someone has decided to start crawling. Colton started crawling right at 6 months and he's all over the place. We've been super busy since last post. We had a wonderful cookout for Labor Day and had a blast with the family and riding 4 wheelers. Then Russ had his birthday day, the big 3-1!!! and then we celebrated our 2 yr anniversary (it honestly feels like we've been married longer.) He is my absolute best friend and I hope for many more years. Then we had my birthday. The big 2-4!! September is a very busy month for us as you can tell. Well on top of all the birthdays (my mom and mother in laws are both in Sept too) and my little crawling monster, Jordyn has been in school. Jordyn's school is a wonderful school but she had been having some troubles and we stressed and stressed about it and finally decided that we should pull her out and put her in a preschool. No one tells you when you have kids the hard decisions you have to make. I cried and cried and prayed and finally found my answer. She started going 3 days to Faith Lutheran, which came highly recommended and I thank God for everything. She had no selfconfidence in herself so this is the perfect start for her. She will turn 6 in June so she'll be a little older but right now she was the youngest in her class. I'm going to try to start posting regularly. Here are some pictures to enjoy.

  1. Erin,
I think Faith Lutheran is where my cousin sent her little girl for preschool I will find out. Karen held Nicholas back in 4 K because they said he was not mature enough for 5K and repeating that 2nd year of 4K was the best for him he excelled so much in 5k last year and so far is doing well in 1st grade, he may be the oldest in his class by 2 months as his b-day is in July and turned 7 but he is the smallest one so know one really knows that he is a year behind, but oh well in the long run it is best for him and that is all that matters. He never seemed to realized he repeated 4K and he is fine with making friends and all that good stuff. I hope Jordyn continues to do well in preschool, just work with her and stay in constant touch with the teacher if you want to talk about it any feel free to let me know and I will get Karen to talk to you about it she struggled with making the decision with Nicholas and a good friend at church who is a preschool teacher at SBEC for 30 years told her it was for the best they do it all the time in private schools.
